i think we should have a JT meet up in amsterdam.
i started a thread on a guitarist board i post on fr a joke and some of them replied that they'd actually done it a few years ago with guys from europe and had a blast and since amsterdam is like a play ground for grown ups it'd be mega fun  kev: 12 euros or there about will buy you a box of mushrooms or a wad of grass that will last you all night so if you're not too fussed about avoidng the 4 euro pints of grolsch you can get by pretty cheap there . not that i'm condoning the use of illegal syubstances or anything. in fact tash, i was talking about amsterdam last night in this hostel and someone told me theyd passed a law making ti illegal for foreigners to smoke in amsterdam is that true? i can see WHY they'd do it but is it something anyone actually enforces because the cops and people there are about as liberal and laid back as they come imo.

Geez, I missed all the fun?? :S Glad to hear you had a good time!
Jim, as far as I know that's not true. However, it's not allowed to smoke pot everywhere anymore; they put special signs in certain places. Don't know which of course - I don't smoke pot. Outside.

i hope you weren't smoking any substances which could infringe your reality.
i'm dying to go to amsterdam again. i'm half pretending to myself it's to see more than just my hostel's lounge area and the inside of head shops but i know that's a lie i can look at van gogh's on the internet if i really want to
