Default An mp3 cutter

Does anyone know of a good professional (or not) mp3 splitter. I have a few very large mp3 files that I would like to split up into parts of various lengths. Is there a program that can do this easily, reliably, and quickly?
I have mp3 Splitter, MP3 Cutter and MP3 Editor. and they all freeze when I try to load my large (350 or so) MB files.

Thanks!

You need a music editor. Most wav editors will also edit mp3s. Nero has an editing function if you have that. EAC (Exact Audio Copy) is a free program that also has an editor. Goldwave is an inexpensive (at least it used to be) decent music editor too. Adobe Audition is great but more expensive. All of these are editing programs that let you load the track in question and then use all sorts of editing functions such as cutting or splitting the track, copying portions of the track to another file and noise reduction.

I don't know how well it would hold larger files but I use Audacity - you can download it free off the net, just search for it on google.
