You need a music editor. Most wav editors will also edit mp3s. Nero has an editing function if you have that. EAC (Exact Audio Copy) is a free program that also has an editor. Goldwave is an inexpensive (at least it used to be) decent music editor too. Adobe Audition is great but more expensive. All of these are editing programs that let you load the track in question and then use all sorts of editing functions such as cutting or splitting the track, copying portions of the track to another file and noise reduction.
