What a lucky pup to be found by you Just imagine if it was picked up by the wrong person.

Please do not give it away for free. Brokers get free puppies to sell to research labs or to people using them as bait for fighting dogs. Please pm me, I volunteer for a rescue group and will see if I can get you in touch with a rescue group. Though, I am on the west coast I can let you know what to look out for and how to get exposure for the pup so it can find a good home. Please have it spayed or neutered before it goes home.

That's great of you to work for a rescue group! It's a good point about not giving it away blindly. I hadn't thought of that. I have placed ads in a local paper before to find homes for foundlings. I won't do that again. The thought of animals being used in research makes me ill. I've been asking around with people I know to see if anyone is interested. I'm going to take some pictures of her and put up some flyers at work and at the vet's office. One of my cousin's had 2 dogs stolen recently, so I hope he'll be interested enough to take her.

Yes... 10 dogs... and six cats. Every one of them is neutered, but somehow they keep multiplying. LOL I have two very large aggressive male dogs that I'm afraid won't accept this one because she's not a small puppy. I'm keeping her at my aunt's house for now.
