i know someone from here's got lowestoff on their details so obviously the darkness and whoever it was that grew up where Jon did but what about the rest of us?

was thinking about this this morning and it's quite impressive.

within a couple of miles radius from here we've had

Laurel or Hardy (can't remember which one but they were born here)

Fran Healy from travis grew up about a mile away

Midge Ure from Ultravox and co organiser of Live Aid grew up about a mile away too

footballers darren and derek young 9were playign for aberdeen a while ago not really sure who they're with now) grew up a couple of streets away from me. 1 used to do my papers

There's a couple more i had that i've forgot about and mass murderer peter manuel wiped out a family just down the road back int he 50's.


i suppose michelle from pop idol isnt too far away being from baillieston but lets face it she could stand in london and still be classed as growing up here.

i dont even really know whot he birds from hearsay except suzanne cos she was blonde and had a lovely pair of earings.

myleenes not the one wth the kids is she/ dont think shes that nice looking and if shes the other one then she looks way too high maintenance for any str8 man to deal with.
