i'm tired! when i don't study, i'm in uni and when not in uni, i'm in my job. i feel like 90 years old or something. i have one year left to finish my master and then if i have any guts left i'll try for a phd. but i could use some spare time.

If my state veers off into crazy commie-ness as it is predicted to do, I'll be packing up and bugging out just as soon as I can support myself and a family. Probably Texas, Florida, Virginia, or some nice southwestern state.

adrian you're run by the furthest right administrations in the western world, the odds of it turning into "crazy commie-ness" anytime soon is pretty minimal.

And I know a few people who've said the same thing, who wound up moving out of their states. Commie-ness is a matter of degrees. You don't need to to hoist the hammer and sickle over the state capital for me to think you gone far lefty.

sometimes when people go through a life changing experience it can make them feel empowered to have survived and they then think they dont want the life they had roughly planned out. Sometimes its a good thing to feel and other times its not, but its worth exploring how you feel....

Perhaps plan a big trip for when you finish in a year or so.

My brother and I are thinking about a road trip something like Jim did this summer. Seeing some sights, that sort of thing. I want to see Richmond and Miami.
