Sleeping is one of the few gift i got from God. I can't sleep anywhere.

i have serious problems sleeping
 wide awake at 3-4am but know im physically tired, wake up 6-7sih....have to walk about 2 hours a day and an hour on the train so im actually tired  just cant sleep..

I can be like that...just physically exhausted, but cannot sleep. So the next day, I'm even more tired and cranky. Its a vicious cycle

I actually sleep on the edge!!!
It's because I used to sleep with all these stuffed dolls and I used to sleep on the edge so that they didn't fall to the floor. So that habit stayed with me!

i gotta tell you all a good one though, lol
i told my dad i dont really sleep well (we dont talk too much so he was prolly in shock LOL) and he said how long have you had that problem... i said about 4 years and he just walked off lol...erm any sugestions?
