Default Anyone know how to do this?

I am using IFrames on a website of mine but I can't seem to "lock" the frame so that it resizes when I resize my window. Whenever i resize the window, the iframes move and mess up the layout :S. Can anyone help me out?

did you fix the size in px with 'width' and 'height' like

<iframe name="main" height="600" width="587" src="main.html"></iframe>

?
