I must admit I never classed myself as a big fan before, I was just so caught up in her whole performance Im probably biased about her voice. I just wanna watch it all again on TV now!!!

I don't know how to say this, but I really like that song "You'll think of Me" that Urban did in Philly

Oh, he also did a very good job with "Another Day in Paradise" - basically, I think I could like his stuff if he would veer off the country bit lol.

You ought to see him in a full concert. He's more rock and roll than country. And he's playing at "the Gorge" in WA on September 10. I had thought of going to that show because it's a Saturday, but since I have no clue about the geography of Washington, I didn't know if it was feasible to fly in that day and fly out on Sunday.

really? I am not sure if I could do a full concert though

I am going to see Pearl Jam at the Gorge September 1st.

It's about a 3.5 hour drive from Seattle (especially the airport), so you pretty much have to stay overnight. There are no hotels at the Gorge cause it is an outside kind of very remote place. The next hotel is about 30 minutes away. They do have camping there in an open field - so it would be lots of fun if you are into that sort of stuff lol.

When I go see PJ, I'll have to take two days off work, just because of the logistics and the amount of driving to and from the Gorge.

So, depending on your flight schedule, it is definitely do-able. Alternatively, you could fly into Spokane, WA which might be closer to the gorge. Another way is to fly into Portland, OR and make your way up. All of these are at least a couple of hours drive.

Here is a mapquest I pulled on it to give you a better sense of direction (zoom out to the fourth button on the bottom):

and here is an info page on the venue (check out the slide show):
