she wouldn't win. it's common knowledge that schools do sex education so she can't claim ignorance.

parents can choose to have their children taken out of the classes if they so wish, so by even having her children in the class she is implying (which still constitutes a legal acceptance of contract) that she wants them there.

i doubt it would stop the scumbag trying though if she thought she could get money from it.

Oh the Mother knew alright that they were having sex . it was in the girls bedrooms .When asked about it the mother just said thats "its better under this roof than going else where to do it and i cant stop them from doing it " but she could have just said no, after all she was only 11 and the other 14 .

Well in that case if she knew they were having sex and allowing it under her roof couldn't she be prosecuted?

I can't believe all this!

Going by this woman's intentio you could sue the State for practically everything you do or don't.

I'm more and more convinced that people should take an examination or soemthing before they got to have and raise children.

You know, in this day and age we really shouldnt be shocked at this....but I cant help it. Its just unbelievable...

Shouldnt an 11-year old still be having birthday parties....and not be trusted to actually babysit kids yet??
