She's not much of a mother herself, that's for sure. And agree that 11 is too young to even babysit, much less have a child.

tellign you, the social should be onto her and her kids.

i'd take the babies away from them, if her mothers example is anythign to go by we've just got another 3 baby making machines for the next generation.

11 is an absolutely disgusting age to knowingly let your daughter have sex, 14 and whatever else isn't much better.

No jim that would be the worst thing to do, to take the babies away from but they should be put under some sort of watch by the social . taking the babies away wont doing anything , they can still have more cant they? plus its not fair on the babies.

maybe I'm just an uncaring prick but the best think for those kids would be to get them foster parents who were actually old enough to legally hold a full time job never mind look after a baby.

and the mum should face charges.

all i got with regards to the facts of life were literally:

jbj snr: Jim you're 15 now n have a girlfriend n i'm not stupid but be ****ing careful or you'll ruin your life and don't take liberties when you're in the house and we're around.

1 sentence I swear.

that's all it took me and I got the same sex education in school that they did I'd imagine.

I agree with Jim, the best thing for the babies would be to go to foster homes. There are people in the world who would make great parents but are unable to have children of their own, and on the opposite side of the spectrum are these teenagers who get pregnant without being able to support a child.

All that will happen now is they will get lots of benefits and the children will grow up with a bad start in life, whereas if they are taken to foster homes they can have a good upbringing, rather than quite probably growing up to make the same mistakes as their parents.

How long before we end up with great great grandmothers who are under 50?

I dont know about the babies being taken away but the 11 & 14 year definetly should be taken away from the mother and be put into foster care. Maybe then they will have a better life and give one to their kids.

I disagree ,not all people born to young parents go on to follow their parents . i can think of many examples but to take those babies away would be grossly unfair . not only to the parents but to the babies. if however those parents were to mistreat their babies then yes take them away but untill then they should stay where they are.
As you know there is a great bond between parents and childern and it should only be broken in extreme cases . to be far too young however is not an extreme case .

There is a bond between children and parents but in this case it really be between children and children. They are perhaps too young to be able to cope with raising a child, to be able to take on the responsibilities, and as they are still young themselves they would be less able to teach the children as they grow up. To get pregnant so young anyway shows thay they are irresponsible, so is that really something they wouldn't pass on?
