I understand what you are saying but with the help of outside help surely they can over come that situation and there fore teach their children not to have babies too young? a case of do as i say not as i do , learn by my mistakes. i think now it would be too heart braking to take them away . to take them away should be the very last option

I agree with Russ. Maybe those kids will turn out to be great and loving parents. Who knows? There's no age minimum to become a good parent.

I agree that they showed some irresponsibility (which is quite normal at the age of 11), but they will never learn from their mistakes if the babies are taken away - then there will be no need for them to act more responsible the next time they will have sex.

I'd take the baby away from the 11 years old one ! (just even for a few years and she could see her/him but she can't have a baby at this age !) but for the others i'd be sure the social keep an eye on them and help them to take care of their baby. If they are not helped they would end to give their babies herselves to the social service. In the best case ...
