Default Are you a morning or night person???
Just recently my sleeping habits have been really Fuc i mean messed up and Ive been finding it really difficult to get up in a morning. Il be knackered all day and then suddenly about 11pm il become wide awake and cant sleep. Anyone got any good tips to get a better nights sleep?? Also dont you just hate it when some people get up about 7am and are just too lively and happy in the morning

What is this "morning" of which you speak?




Im usually up by 12:00, sometimes as early as 9:30, lol. I'll have to get up a lot earlier when I start Uni though

Hmmmmmmm my mornings supposed to start at 7.30 but recently its been more like 8.45

Definitely a night person. Doesn't matter how tired I am during the day, I wake up in the evening and then find it hard to go to sleep. I try and be in bed by 11 at night as I have to be up at about 7, I'll set my alarm for 6 though and press snooze for an hour otherwise I don't wake up, if left up to me I'd stay up till late at night and get up at around noon, that's what I usually do in the weekends.

I like to stay up late and sleep very long hehe ... So both

When I was on holiday we didn't had a lot of sleep cause we went out EVERY day !!!!!!!!! One day we didn't sleep at all !!! Was awesome

When I start Uni I'll probably have to get up around 7:30, or earlier...I don't know what time I'll be in in a morning, and I need to allow about an hour for travel.

Thankfully, if I have free time, I'm in Liverpool town center, so there's plenty of places to look around...although I'll most probably end up surfing the web in the library, lol.

I'm definitely a night person! I am worthless early in the morning. When I was registering for classes this semester I made sure none of them start earlier than 10:30.

Ahhh..to be a student again. I wake up 5:45 during the school year. Once I move, it will be 5. How depressing.
