I'm quite logical and calm - most of the time
 . As with many people, though, there are certain subjects that set me off. It's usually something to do with unfairness to certain groups of people - I can get quite upset over this. Kathleen

I'm nearly always cool headed in most situations. In others, (such as being talked about (by friends, especially) and/or being lied to (by friends, especially), I'll just get so angry that i can't even talk the person because the only words that'll come out will end up in my suspension and/or arrest

I'm usually calm-headed and patient, however when I get agitated - I GET AGITATED!
 I don't usually snap often, but when I do, it stings.

I'm fairly laid back but when people wind me up then i lose my temper it takes alot though i have been known to punch a few holes in walls
