i'm not even going to attempt to count up what ive drunk this week.

my parents are away on holiday so ive got no one to drag me out of bed or keep me out of the pub but yeah it's probably a ridiculous amount. i'll cut down soon

This is over the medically recommended upper limit for women. You should consider cutting back your alcohol intake by looking back over each week and judging your drinking habits. Stress at work or at home can often lead to 'needing a drink', so think about any problems you may be experiencing and try to solve them at their source.

I dont get time to drink alot but when i do well im a totally different person. today i feel soooo bad! Went out with few mates then went back to gf's place after. Boozing started at 8pm and ended when the sun came out this morning man i feel ill! and i got my uncles boyfriends (yes they are gay) 40th tonight and i got like 4 hours to cure myself and i cant let them down!

a rough estimate off what ive drank this week brought up 72 units. i'd say it could be anything 10 units either side of that :-S
