last night was a bad one. on double vodka and redbull all night. showed myself up infront of the whole familly and girl friend who im going to propose to soon. anyway had a fire extingisher and sprayed alot of peaple with it eventually i couldnt do nothing couldnt walk or TALK! i even were sick. o well was a fun night tho.

i was working all night last night. had 1 beer when i finished and that was it. makes the approximate 72 units a bit more worrying but it really is just because my parents are on holiday so i can drink around the house without them moaning.

well i calculated mine up just from fri night and sat night and ive had 48 units. i may of had more or less it were a guess. fri were drinking vodka n coke sat i drinking red bull and vodka till they ran out of red bull then changed to coke o yeah a had a few shots as well both nights.

that's just sad. If you can't handle it, don't drink it, it's not for wimps you know..

Well I think I've exceeded my limit just yesterday. Went to Blackpool and was out all day and night. Must have had about 20 pints in the course of the day. Absolutely recked!


This is my average week. Scary stuff eh?

You drank approximately 54 units of alcohol in the last seven days.

21 units a week is the recommended alcohol intake for men. If you are approaching, at, or above this level it's time to think about cutting down. Make sure that you have at least one alcohol free day each week, to give your body a well-earned break.
