you are right about that. its nice to know that i am not the only one who gets frustrated and a disappointed about the band. for me, mainly because i'm missing the ROCK.

but there are times when i they do something that amazes me and would want to share the love of the band. will i be redirected to backstage for that? i hope not.

Yes, just because we also belong to backstage doesn't mean that ALL of us should be stereotyped to being just a fan of Jon and that we don't have a brain and aren't capable of carrying on an intelligent conversation over their music. I don't love every song on each album. You shouldn't judge me until you get to know me.

I have been here for many years , it was my choice to come here even when Backstage and BJ.com boards were available.

People here have various reasons why they feel newbies at this time are creating a nuisance. Im not keen on the type of new posts but what gets to me more is people are only coming here under default .... ie because BJ.com isnt available or they have decided not to renew their Backstage membership. Thats not a good enough reason to crash into a forum and expect to be welcomed with open arms, when we know if BJ. com board opened u would be back there like a shot. Ive noticed some backstagers say I joined JT a few years ago and yes your joined date was a while ago but u only have a few posts.. I would assume u joined JT when backstage was down to use this forum before Backstage was up and running and u disappeared back there again !

Bon Jovi should provide a free fan based board , they get enough money. If they wont provide this for you then there are enough free boards out there, create a new community or accept it will take a little while for us locals to adjust to you and vice a versa.

Right now its like someone opened a through road and us the locals are complaining about the noisy traffic....
