Ok dont want this to sound racist but thers alot of asian people in Bradford who drive round and have never even passed a driving test. They use their Brothers/fathers licence and have no insurance either. My mate was involved in a bump last year and fell victim to it - they had no insurance so she had to pay for the damage herself. |
there's a big asian population in preston aswell. many of them get away with poor driving habits, cars that are in no fit state to drive, overloaded cars etc simply because the police are too scared to say anything for fear of being racist.
