Hey, I also can't remember anymore what they all said, I only know that it was a real surprise that there was one from bavaria after all the other guys came from somewhere else. (I needed some countries and that crossed my mind )

And BINDESLIEGA or CHAMPIONS LEAGUE is BUISNESS no matter if ure name is BAYERN or ENERGIE .
When I play football I do it for fun yeah,and I watch football for fun but I do also love great players like ELBER,KAHN,SCHOLL,BALLACK or ZE ROBERTO(reffering to Bayern)it's just fun watching them.

I don't know why Rostock doesn't have as much money as Bayern (maybe it's because nearly everyone here has less money than our mates there). What I know is that Rostock often ask the city for Money (one time it was because of a stadium, don't ask me what it was exactly about) while Bayern makes contracts with players over a few million €.

As for the business thing - maybe I'm old fashioned in this point but I've seen my grandpa, his team (and damn, for these circumstances here they were successful) and the ones who came after him and also some of the teams here in the regional leagues (not only football). And for them it's not only the money, even if it's their job. Unfortunately I never met someone who plays in a national team, so I can't say if that changes anything but fact is that I know people whose job is a kind of sport and for them it's more than business.
I'm not saying that that's the case for everyone but it's sad that it is like that. And guess which is one of the responsible teams for that: BM.

Bayern won in the 70s 3 times the Champions League.They had to keep themselvein the top after that and they did it.
It's easy to reach the top but it's hard to stay there.
I think that's what Bayern did.And it's not justin Football like that.Take AMERICAN FOOTBALL for example or BASEBALL or BASKETBALL or FORMULA 1 . And it's the same in life too.

No doubt that they are still at the top. But I doubt their methods.

i'm with AnnU on this one.
bayern (after having been on the top for ages and earning loads of money) buys all the good players from teams such as Hertha or similar...i know this always happens in football but i still don't think it's right because none of the teams are "regional" anymore and only half of the players are actually german....
