Default BBC Poll: Britain's Best Sitcom

We all know JTer's opinions count more than anyone else's - so what is it??

I have gone for Only Fools, it has been consistently funny for a heck of a long time!

I was torn between Fawlty Towers and Only Fools And Horses, but went for the former, as even though it was probably the shortest running of all listed, it is a timeless show, and no matter how many times I watch it I laugh out loud again and again.

Definitely Blackadder with Fawlty Towers a close second. I just love Rowan Atkinson in these and the ones with Queen Elizabeth are just hilarious!!

Only fools and Horses or Fawlty towers. Because there were only 12 episodes made of FT made everyone was a classic, whereas OF&H has really gone off the boil recently. I cant believe Vicar of Diblys in there above, The Royal Family, AB Fab and Men behaving badly

Ive no idea why 'The good life' is in this list, when so many good ones fell short of the top ten: Red Dwarf, Father Ted etc

Two of my favs aren't on that list, Coupling and Absolutely Fabulous.

On that list I'll go with Blackadder.

The only one I've seen in that lot is Black Adder. Would Keeping Up Appearances count in this contest, despite the fact that it's not on the list? I thought that was a funny show.
