Default Beer, Coke & McDonald's in Europe

I'm just wondering what the average price of these are in your country. I'm just curious, as I hear it can vary a bit from place to place and you probably already figured that I'll be consuming plenty of each.

For the record, here are the countries I'm actually going to:

England
Ireland
Scotland
France
Germany
Belgium
Holland
Switzerland
Italy
Austria

Cheers. :P

UK:

MD's meal: between £3-£4

Beer: if you're going to London id be expecting to pay on average between £2.50-£3 per pint. Although if you find a weatherspoons pub prices are cheaper.

as for Italy, if you go to the pub/bar a 0.5l coke costs anywhere between about 2.50 and 4.50€ (at this pub I usually go to in Ferrara a medium coke costs 4.20 when it's a football game night and 3.60 otherwise). Beer I don't usually drink but about the same as coke (possibly slightly more). Mcdonald's I haven't gone in ages but a meal should be around 5-5.50€. But if you go to Italy stay away from McD's and all that

The North is quite more expensive than the Center/South and Islands (the Center/South being anywhere south of Emilia
-Romagna and Liguria: Massa,Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Ancona and southwards).

(if you're not sure where these cities/regions are located, take a look here for example) http://www.focusmm.com/italy/it_map.htm

Resort destinations in the summer may be more expensive as well

Whereabouts in Italy do you plan on going?

In some countries in Europe you can get all three of what you mention in McDonlads. Three birds, one stone.

Ireland
Are you going to Ireland (Eire, Southern Ireland) or Northern Ireland? Ireland generally refers to Eire, which isnt part of the United Kingdom so you'll need ya euros back for there :]
There is no real country of Ireland as such, Northern Ireland is called just that :]

yeah you get coke that tastes like sugary water but it's brownish and beer that's just about the same, bar the appearance: yellowish
