Default Best exercise for...

What's the best exercise for toning/firming your stomach? The only things I can think of are situps and crunches and I'd like to try something else because I get dizzy doing either of those.

Sorry Becky.. crunches are the best, unless you want to believe the TV and get that thing that gives your muscles electric shocks!

Don't know what it is called but it is essentially sit-ups on an incline. It is a board that you can elevate in an angle as you choose. Your feet are on the high-end tucked in under a bar of some sort. Head down. Then you do sit-ups - best stomach workout I ever did Because you are in an incline you shouldn't come up so fast and hence maybe you won't get dizzy doing that.

While you come up you can twist to get the side muscles working as well.

rowing!

only just recently started with it and the results are already noticeable . Rowing surely is one of the best things to tone basicly every muscle in your body. But you can't really do that at home, unless you have one of those indoor rowing machines (don't know what they're called in English).
