sit up on beds i think is a good idea. i'm thinking. i don't actually know. but you could always try.

but always remember to STRETCH the stomach muscles afterwards- that is really important

btw in actual exercise on a bed like that is no good, sit ups i mean, its pointless unless your bed is made of stone or something, you just kinda bounce back up abit, does nothing for your muscles

me thinks sit ups at 7.30am on a V cold december morning before school starts literally on ice its that cold, erm always a good one

well someone told me. why don't you try it and find out.

but i guess it's cause the bed provides a lot of resistance.

I got "AbGymnic" for Christmas last year, and I did use it for a while. And I think it does work, at least my abs were sometimes really hurting like I had done a good work-out. Of course the results aren't the same as when you actually work the muscles, but I definitely noticed a difference. Especially on the thighs. Sometimes it stings but then you're not using enough water/lubricant on it... I was too lazy for that tho, but I used it for about a month. I should really take it up again, it's better than nothing.

But working those abs... I don't know of my favourite exercise, but you lay on your back, lift your legs up, so your feet are facing the ceiling, and then lift your legs and butt up... It's really effective, and you don't get dizzy. Plus you can watch tv while you're doing it.

Also, if I do situps, I don't go all the way up and down, I stay up, and just lower myself halfway and then up again, that way I don't get dizzy, and my abs are constantly working.

I recently started doing abs again, for half an hour whilst watching tv, and I can really feel it also Slowly but steadily
