Bevan gets record!

Hi Everyone,

For anyone who is interested in and/or follows the Australian State cricket....how stupid is it that Michael Bevan isn't playing in the Australian side at the moment!!

He is playing for Tasmania in a player/administrator role, and I reckon he is in the best form of his life! He just got the record from Matthew Elliot for (I think it is) the most runs scored in a calender year. To give an idea on just how dominant he has been, he has an average of about 90 in the test matches...& also just under 90 for the One-Dayers!!

I realise he is getting a bit older now....but that form is just awesome...so I reckon it couldn't hurt putting him back in the Aussie side at least while he is in this sort of form!

Why am I not surprised that you have posted a topic about Bevo?

Its been a while since there has been a topic about him. Gotta love the grin.

Lol with talent like Australia having at a moment, i'm not surpised he is not playing for national team, but i'm sure he will make it soon though, its not going to be easy for him for sure.
Australia at a moment just in differnt league and no one seem to chellage or give some decent fight... there is no match they look losing at a all , talk about dominationg game...

I even thought Kiwis have decent chance in first test but its all fell out in 4th day and i guess no one surpised... Defnetly other teams need to do something extra ordinary to compete with aussie at a moment..
