That's the opposite of what I saw recently. I can't remember which news show it was on, but they said Bush would lose the election if held today because of the large amount of jobs lost in states that have a large number of electoral votes...Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana. And in their projection, Bush would win Ohio and Indiana.
Actually, that doesn't surprise me. I don't believe much in polls b/c they never tell the truth. I don't think anyone will have a clue as to what will happen until Election Day arrives. But I posted this to counter the people who keep posting polls to the contrary. One never knows...
