People do make mistakes, and you have to understand that it wasn't done maliciously. Kev isn't lying when he says that it was a team, as it was more than one person who thought that was the right thing to do. In the past, I have been guilty of it myself until I experienced the backlash. The only thing you can do is learn from your mistakes, and take a different route next time around. But you have to give a little to get a little, if you know what I mean.

Problem here isn't the possible mistakes made, but the fact that there's mod(s) who won't admit making mistakes. One can't learn shite if one believes one's flawless.

Or what do u make of "pointers" posted here:

- When a thread is locked. It is locked.
- When a thread is trashed. It is trashed.
- It is not for arguments sake.
- If other 'Why' threads get created. They will also be either locked or trashed.
- Moderators do not NEED to give explanations.
- Moderators decision(s) are final.

The aim of the backstage post in the first place was as usual to cause trouble by being derogatory to another board , its pretty obvious it was going to end up being locked or trashed. I dont think that these type of flame war posts should be allowed in the first place.

Your comments about freedom of speech and having a right to an opinion, we all have rights to opinions within the rules of this board.

Whether you like it or not being part of this board means you adhere to the rules, its not your board your just allowed to use it.

All these comments about mods having power .... Mods are chosen by Peter. Peter owns this board and he has all the power not the mods. Mods are chosen to act out Peter's chosen rules, if Peter has a problem with any board member or moderator breaking any rules then he will deal with it, its no one elses choice or decision to make.

If you dont agree with the decisions here you have 2 options accept the rules or leave, its quite simple really ..... By staying you agree automatically to adhere to rules. This is how boards are run, there is no choice to run them any other way in order for everyone to have a balanced time here. I must say Peter runs this board very freely and for that you should be grateful rather than throwing tantrums because a post was deleted.

I have given you the bottom line of how a board is run , whether you are or not you agree this is how it is run and has nothing to do with personal feelings.

Just because it's not your interest doesn't mean you should agree with what the mods have got to say. You wouldn't agree with it if it would concert religion. Or do I have to remind you about the debates there were about your signature, and you included in which you were heavily defending your rights?

If Peter ever chooses to remove religious posts or sigs, then that is Peters choice and I will respect that choice , it is then my choice whether I want to stay and adhere to rules or leave.

Who said I agree with the mods, of course I dont like my posts being moved, deleted etc, point is, my posts dont really belong to me they belong to Peter, like everything on this board. The only thing I have on this board belonging to me and everyone is choice, the choice to stay and adhere to rules or the choice to go, this is the same for the mods also.

My debates on my sig etc Seb were to help you understand why I made the sig and the only reason I had a right to that type of sig is because Peter allows it here. If he didnt allow it then I would have no right to it here.

None of us have any rights here to anything that isnt governed by what Peter allows or doesnt allow, this is Peters world and we just choose to spend time in it. Peter allows us to discuss how this board is run but it is his final decision , so all this attacking mods is fruitless, they do have a right to delete posts etc, because Peter gave them the right. Poeple are saying mods have no rights to delete posts of course they have the right Peter gave it to them. If you disgree with a mod/s decision then take it to Peter.

That's not entirely true. Users are what makes the board to live. Owner provides the board and of course sets the rules and so on, but without users it would be useless. This is "our" world, Peter being the allmighty power above.

Your replies yet again show how you settle for anything that comes your way, plus squeeze in a little buttkiss every chance u can. Ok, some people seem to relate to authorities that way. The way u put it, you never question the authority, at least out loud. But who are you to judge others' point of views? Time and time again you express your neverending faith in mods without bothering to stop & think about the matters discussed.
Every time there's conversation about anything that cause some stirr in the board, u stumble in yelling about "take it to Peter" even if u don't have a clue on what's going on. Take it to the lord for all I care, but let people try to sort out what they feel is wrong. When people feel/see/think that things ain't right, some speak it out and question the actions taken. Authorities aren't always right u know.

This matter, clear picture on whos and whys still remain blurred. Only thing there is so far is Kev's words, and word from few mods who don't seem to agree with wiping-out policy. Still waiting for input from them more reasonable mods.
