Body piercing

I've got two piercings in each ear and that's it. I used to have earrings in the cartilage but they kept getting infected and sore and I finally gave up and took them out. I had considered getting my belly button pierced at one time years ago, but I chickened out. I'm glad I didn't do it. I don't mind if people want to get piercings. It's when they start to put gauges in and stretch the piercings out to big huge holes that annoys me. I think it looks stupid. We have a couple of people at work who think it's cool. One guy has holes almost an inch across through his earlobes. It looks disgusting if you ask me. I don't understand the purpose. And what's going to happen when he's older and that's not so cool looking anymore?? Same with tattoos. Some can be nice, but when people cover their entire bodies with them, I just don't understand.

Hehheeh..I put up with about 6 months of infections too. I was determined to stick it out for some strange reason. Once I put a silver earring in it, it was fine. My students are always fascinated by it.

I had my ears pierced years ago, but don't wear anything in them anymore. I don't like other piercings, and have no plans of getting any.
I have 2 tattoos and that's enough body decoration for me (although tattoos are quite addictive, so I might get one more someday... )

I've only got piercings in the ears too... Two in the left one, one in the right (got the first ones done when I was six, the second one around KTF cause Jon had that too, and it was so cool :P), and I've also got a ring in the upper ear (cart... umm...). Mine, too, was infected for like 8 months when I got it done, it was really painful, and it was so thick that no earrings would close... But it got better, and now I have no problems, sometimes when I sleep it presses against my head, but other than that it's fine.

I wouldn't get other parts pierced, there was a time when i wanted a belly button piercing but fortunately didn't, my stomach isn't flat enough right now to pull it off Plus the infection risk...

I'm quite happy with my ears pierced. Tattoos are a different matter, and yeah, cowgirl, they're really addictive... I want one more or have the existing one redone...

I have two piercings in both ears, although I never wear earrings.. I don't like any other kinds of piercings, really don't think they are attractive. Tattoos are different though and I have one, I hope to get another one soon and I will stop at 3.. I think that is more than enough for a woman!

i like body piercings.
My exgirlfriend had 3 3 in her left ear, 3 in her right ear, had her bellybutton pierced at my request and pierced her eyebrow shortly after.
i had my eyebrow pierced but got a couple of infections and couldn't stand it after that.
I'm gonna have a tatoo done in the next few weeks though.
