I think ideally people are hoping more than anything else that the people of Iraq (soldiers) will surrender and that America will be facing a depleated army, who they'll defeat with minimal casualties. . . .
This will be true for some people, as I'm sure there will be people who don't want to fight for Saddam, but I'm guessing that there will be more who do than don't.

I'm anti war, and also anti American foreign policy, I think they can neglect their influence and power at times. Without being anti American, I am anti Bush, and have no confidence in his judgement, integrety, and well lets face it, inteligence!

I don't think anybody wants a war, but I can understand people supporting a war, which is a different thing. I don't, and I think the majority (cetainly in England, 70% form the poll's I've seen) are against this action....

This whole thing doesn't matter anymore, the war has started, our voices have been drownd by the people who are ment to be representing us.... Let's hope this day isn't going to be the mark of a long, bloody, and costly war
