My Ishmael is well worth the time it takes to read it. Terrorism And Tyranny is what I'm reading right now, very good. Other than that, I'd have to say The Outsiders, the Repairman Jack series by F. Paul Wilson, The Bible, and Traitor by Matthew Stover.

And then i would also like to read 1984 by Orwell (only did it up to page 57 now... too boring so i put it back down and never ever touched it again )

Any books you want to read or one that you say you have to read before you die?? In that category I would say To kill a mockingbird and The Stand.

U been watching that programme on BBC where they r having a big vote as to the best book??

They did a feature on Withering Height, LOTR & Catch 22 a few nights ago.

Withering heights seems weird - but it looks worth a read!!

LOTR is also well worth a read if u have a bit of time.

To kill a mocking bird is a great book, but I am still surprised by how few people have read or heard of the Power of One.

I don't really want to insist on this... But I have very strong feelings when it comes to the Brontė sisters And I have to say Brontė books are not at all about praising marriage. Jane Eyere shows how a woman can live without a man, and have her own profession and means. The Tenant of Wildfell Hall is about a woman running away with her child from her drunk and mistreating husband!

I didn't want to read Harry Potter at first. I thought people were way too crazy about it. But then I decided to start... and couldn't stop! Now I'm anxiously awaiting for the sixth!

It's definety worth a try!

Same here. It took me forever to actually read them, but they are worth it, honestly!!

When is the 6th coming out anyway??
