I like it... Unfortunately having worked in the dept. right next to the mounted section of L&B Police last year I can honestly say it’s not an area that attracts the hottest of ladies!... but perhaps that’s horsey people all round.

well lets be reasonable. you've got to be a bit of a twat or nutter to want to be a cop in the 1st place. these 2 combined seriously reduce the chances of you being hot ergo very few hot police women and if there was alot, think about how much hassle they'd get off of losers like me rollign out of the dancing making comments about handcuffs and winking at them

sliiiiiiiiightly related. was looking up politics books today and there was a couple of national front books on the shelves next to some text books i needed. i considered gettign one out to see exactly what the score was. i don't like shunnign things without at least a decent understanding of it but i decided it probably wasnt the best idea since the tits in the students union have been protesting all week trying to ban fascists from the campus. the way i see it is that if you're goign to get rid of hardline right wingers then you need to do the same as hardline left wingers too.

i've never heard such a stupid thing in my life i was never punished for not carrying around my ID. the way i see it, IDs are merely good to prove you're old enough to get into bars

but the law states that every person over 16 has to carry their id card with them and show it when asked, in germany. i don't think it is ever enforced, but technically, it is the law. i remember when i was a kid - some 17 years old, cops would sometimes approach us and ask for our IDs -- but they never did anything about it when we told them we didn't have them with us. but they always told us how we were supposed to carry them around.

yes, it's true, you#re supposed to carry them around. But they still never do anything about it if you don't have it on you

I’ve heard of kids being put in cells overnight in Belgium for not having their cards on them… but then again I suppose the Belgian police did ravage a crowded section of motorway with a substantial number of automatic weapons in order to “detain” a couple of drug dealers, so I guess that might not be the country of choice to base examples on.
