Bruce is The Boss. I like him too. I though about going to one of the 2 show he will play in June in Italy but I already have to go to BJ concert and WWE wrestling. I can't go everywhere...

as much as I like Bon Jovi there's no way they can be doing what Bruce is STILL doing at the age of 50...

Bruce has adapted his sound over the years but he's never turned his back on writing meaningful songs...

live he is the BOSS also - 50 years old, in 1999 he was pushing 4 hours again at Earl's Court in London (30 odd songs in setlist), constant covers and dipping into his back catalogue - sometimes on request from the audience (I'm a rocker e.g.)

you can't beat him and 7 !!!! wow!!!

I was pleased to see that the ticket sellers in the paper had given BJ the headline(BIG DISPLAY). Bruces was small!

THat's because the biggest ads need to attract more attention...

whereas Bruce sold out the whole of wembley last year in 20 mins, without any advertising at all...

Was there an argument about Bruce (other than this one I missed)! I was on MSN all day and night for some reason and then watched a great band just in the beer cellar of my college - just like frank zappa... i loved them

I'm back in black now!!!

You're right about the God bit!!!!!!!

Bruce is the boss, because after all the money he has made, he still works to the same level he did in the begining. I've never seen him live (other than on video's) but will be doing in May..... I'm looking forward to Springsteen a hell of a lot more than I'm looking forward to Bon Jovi!!!!!!!

If anything, I'd say Bon Jovi nowerdays are very overated. There is no way the show that they are doing, and the albums they\'re writting justify the number of seets they sell..... They're selling them as a pop band, as somebody who people have heard in the charts, and have bought the current CD of. Whereas Springsteen still gives everything that Springsteen has always given, his albums are as good now as ever (I really like the Rising), and his stage performance hasn't deminished at all. Sprinsteen does everything for the fans, and for his love of playing live..... these two things are pretty low on Bon Jovi's priority list at the moment!
