Well.... I still don't understand how u can oppose a war - & the ideas behind it.. believe it is wrong, immoral & unjust (maybe u don't feel this way - but this isn't just about u) - & then - when the fighting starts... So suddenly the War becomes just.. becuase it has started, & because it would be an inconvenince & therefore u r happy to sit on your backside - even though u disagree with it... because it is something that has just happened....

IF everyone in History took this attitude... Nothing would ever have got done!!

The fact that fighting has started - doesn't change the fact that an illegal injustice - IMO - is being performed.... & should be challenged!!

very easily - i oppose war in general... i am a supporter of war as the last option...

but - that being said - the war has started - what is the point in saying "bring our troops home" - they have met lots of resitance but look what happened last time they did that - all the people who were waiting to be protected by US etc were disappointed and slaughtered for deserting...

let's not get into history - but you have to remember that war is fought for many selfish reasons...

history moves along from the ground level upwards - it's not just bush fighting the war - it's many americans because of the support he has for it - the test will be if they still support him when taxes go up and resistance gets stronger during the siege of Baghdad
