You honestly buy that propaganda?
The 'approval ratings' are nothing more than polls done by phone to random people in the US. He most certainly did not have the majority of people supporting him. Those are just the numbers based on a limited poll. They're done on a regular basis to monitor the public's perception of the president but they're small samples. Not really an honest representation of what the American people want.
After all, if they'd worried about that, Bush wouldn't be in office now, would he!
Don't lump all Americans together with Bush - that's shortsighted and imbecilic. For all the so-called propaganda people claim the US media spew, seems like some people are eating it up - and it ain't us.

I wasnt going to post just read but Im giong to back Derek Bliss up and also add something to his reply .Sometimes those polls only include 1000 people that is it.That is only the size of one American high school.

He would re-run as the incumbant aiming fore re-election.
The Republican party won't run anyone else - he'll be their candidate.
The Democratic Party seems to have had a meltdown post Clinton scandal and the Bush/Gore election debacle and haven't come up with a strong alternative. Though I believe a junior high student of American History would do better than Bush, we are bracing for an ugly election and subsequent four years.

I've seen this shirt, on one side it has a picture of George Bush, and the caption is "Bad Bush". On the otherside is the caption "Good Bush" with a picture of I'm sure you can guess.

I thought it was pretty funny and I told the guy wearing it was a gunn of a shirt.
