I would have a hard time taking results of that test seriously. I checked their website FAQ and they do not have a test administrator monitor the test taker. It's feasible to take the test home with you. While that is not encouraged the mere fact that it's not completely disallowed makes a huge statement about the quality of the test. A sound personality or IQ assessment would not allow for anyone to take test material home or to write down questions to take home and look up answers or share with other people. Also, the test makers make it sound more like a personality assessment than an IQ test. Anyone who went to the extremes it takes to compile a legitimate norm-based IQ test would NEVER allow test material to be compromised in this way because it ruins the validity, reliability, and integrity of the items.

In other words, who cares what the answer is supposed to be if the test itself isn't worth the paper it's printed on!

***UPDATE*** I was informed today that I didn't get the job, even though I was told twice during the interview that I had *everything* they were looking for. I didn't score high enough on the test! The more I think about it, it's a blessing......I wouldn't want to work for a company that places that much importance on some BS test.
