I don't find it easy, to express my feelings properly. That's why I like so much "Misunderstood"

I'm good at expressing myself. Sometimes it's good, sometimes I've gotten into trouble for it but its not good to keep things inside. You only live once, so make the most of it.

Or, more importantly, if they may at any point in time later on will use that knowledge against you.

I keep my shit to myself and am much better off that way. I cannot recount the times that I got close to telling someone how I really felt only to be shut down shortly thereafter... better not to go there. Saves a lot of heartache and drama.

Funny, my temp came in yesterday and asked if I was pregnant (I immediately shot him an evil look because I thought he was suggesting I've gotten fat) because I seemed unusually happy (whew, sigh of relief). I told him that I actually was unusually frustrated with my job and particularly annoyed... I asked him what kind of drugs he was on, but he denied taking any. Sigh. Fact is, you'll never know how I really feel and I like it that way!!

There.
By "don't control your feelings" I didn't mean "pour your feelings on everyone". I meant "don't drive them back in a corner of your mind", don't be afraid to feel angry, happy, sad, whatever... Just let them go through yourself. That way you'll have no extra amount of the x or y feeling that could make you over-react when you'll feel like expressing your feelings, and you'll be less afraid to come across as a nutcase.

Controling your emotions and controling your communication are two different things.

Oh, I am massively either on x or on y, never in the middle and I can't believe you called me a nutcase

I didn't call you a nutcase, I'd never dare. I just suggested you (and whoever the "you" in my reply was directed to) might feel afraid to come across as one.

I'm so much fun sometimes, am I not?

There are only a few people that I would actually talk to about what I'm feeling. If I want to vent or if I'm incredibly happy about something, I can go to these people.

However, at the same time, I do feel like I have to keep somethings to myself. Working in customer experience hones this skill LOL When I'm on the phone with a customer who is complaining his pizza is wrong, when I know the person is a scammer, I have to be polite and apologetic even though I want to tell him he is a liar and an asshole. I have been know to be yelling at the kids in the kitchen, pick up a phone, and in a pleasant voice, do my whole "Thank you for calling Pizza Hut. This is Stephanie speaking, will your order be for delivery or pick up".

Maybe people can see on my face or they way i look that i'm tired, or angry, or down.. but I never talk to anyone about my deepest feelings, I rather write them down or keep them only to myself. Not always good but it's just the way i am.

I'm not too good at expressing myself except on paper really and I don't think my emotions show too much, I just look bored most of the time

I do open up, but just with very few people. Like one or so (apart from my significant other) I do tell my other friends about my feelings, but that's mostly after I've dealt with them myself.
