I'm really sorry to hear that Kev ... I was in a similar situation last summer when we slipped with my car (which I just had a few months at the time ) in Norway and crashed into the car infront of us... That car (big Nissan Pathfinder) didn't have a scratch, my car was wrecked in the front. 1000's of euro's damage and nothing to claim on any insurance. It's just that you can't do a thing once you start slipping; you're just waiting for the crash... it sucks .
