I believe both Depor and Porto have reached that stage in the past, so did Monaco (in past versions of the Champions League, I remember them losing to Didier Deschamps's Juventus), I don't know for Chelsea.
These clubs are not the biggest, but their good enough IMO, when you look at the teams they've beaten to get there, it's no accident.

It freshens European football.

I'd like to see Monaco, of course, and they've got what it takes to beat Chelsea. I think Depor will kick Porto's ass too (never liked that team )
