Medium sliced, kind of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I don't like them too cruchy. I like them with salt, seasoned salt, or salt & pepper. I'll even dip them in BBQ, but I don't want any ketchup anywhere near me or my food!

a pan with a little wire pan inside it. you poor in a tonne of cooking oil and let it get really hot, then fry your chips.

in essence a chippy just has a massive chip pan that throws everything in so a fried pizza basically is like a pizza being dipped in a chip pan.
