We all know people have the right to believe whatever they want, or not. We all know some people take their belief, or lack of belief too far. Big deal. No one should be judged by the actions of others. Just because you don't believe something, there's no need to be a jerk about it and ridicule others every chance you get. There's a flip side to that coin too - just because you believe something doesn't mean you need to be a jerk about it and bang everyone over the head with it.

Agree with all this, but don't blame krb for starting a debate, (or asking a question

)
We're not 10 years old anymore, it's not his fault.
Even without religious subject there are always arguments about anything here (with always the same bored persons thinking they know better than everyone on every subject !), but for sure when you bring something like religion it's just worst ... sorry to say that but you see it's always the case !
And i bet Kevin knew this will end like that, not only on jt, but everywhere you'd start a conversation on this subject. Of course he knew, as other persons on here know when some conversation will turn badly, but they're not krb so people let them do ....
Well .. in fact i wouldn't say he doesn't care if he don't get any answer, i'm sure he's interested to see what people think. And you opened your minds to him
Now he is a person you can have intelligent conversation with, his knowledge is amazing and he never say anything he's not sure about.
If he is a troll then more than half on here are too.
His question is really a good one, but of course, who can bring an answer ? of course on 100 persons maybe with a good luck 1/4 will say the same thing, no chance to get "the" answer which everyone will agree about it. But it could be a interesting conversation. And sometimes answers are interesting to read (depends who wrote them ....)
