You mean speak to someone who is religious that they may manage to convince/trick me into believing it all again?
God is a creation of man, not vice versa. If I go into my garden and dig up an old book that says that the christian bible is all wrong and this is the real bible, would you believe it? If it said that the popular bible is a cover-up and a trick and that to really get into heaven you had to kill someone, would you believe it? I doubt it, but it'd be no less credible than the popular bible is.
