I like coffee but what i dont like is Starbucks taking over the world of coffee, even in the little town of Hitchin they have just taken over a nice coffee shop

I'm with you Panama - I really don't like the taste or smell of coffee. However (and this is a biggie) it has tons of caffeine that will kick your ass and get you moving in the morning. In my case this is necessary most times as I hate mornings. I only drink it once a day in the morning though - for medicinal purposes only

I used to have to have my coffee in the morning - now I have green tea  Much better for you However, I have to admit that I do indulge in starbucks about weekly and get me a grande nonfat triple shot latte and on hot days a tall caramel frappuccino - hmmmm want one right now.
