Did anyone else's parents put cookies out for Santa? My parents did and my dad would eat them and leave a few crumbs so it looked like Santa ate them.

in true glaswegian style i was told santa came in the window. hmm dressed up climing in windows at night with a sack.... see a pattern here.

being a filthy capitalist pig it brings a tear to my eye thinking about the whole fat bearded red dude being created by coca cola trully excellent.

i clicked on that santa was fake when i was 3 or 4 so i guess ive always been a mad cynic even since then but before thsat i remember leaving carrots for the reindeer and biscuits for santa and my dad would always gladly point out that santa might want some beer so we should leave some out

Yes! Cookies and milk, and a note saying, "Hi Santa, here are cookies for you.." And I use to leave carrots outside for the reindeer. I've always liked the animals.

I don't remember being hugely devestated or anything learning that Santa didn't exist. I wouldn't go sit on his lap either. And I always wondered how he got in without a chimney. Now that I really think about it, I'm not sure I ever really beleived he existed. Hmm....I'll have to call my mom and ask her about it.

Neither did I... That just meant I got to snoop for presents!
