That's a stupid rule. They should scrap yellows for a final, it really is unfair on the players. SOmetimes you're just unlucky with cards, you misstime something, don't mean to do anything, then suddenly you're out of the biggest game of your life! Same with Keano. He shown his character in the semi, playing his socks of to get United to a final he woudln't play in, but he had it stolen away from him, he should have been on the pitch for the final, deffinately
we say "gelbe karte" - gelb = yellow, karte = card
it sounded strange to me, translated word by word, that's all...

and yes, it IS a stupid rule.

but the foul nedved did was just stupid... grrrr...

I'm looking forward to next season much more than usual. United are such a famous club, and successful, that it's impossible to get tickets. I've only ever been to two matches for this reason... However, with more money next year, I'm becoming a member and will try to get down to every home game (except for the stupid 12 kicks on a Sat when I work... when all the best games are on )

I know what you mean, we call them season tickets, but certainly United ones are very hard to come by.... Woudln't do for me in any case, too expensive, and my weekends are never totaly free, so there would be a lot of games I can't get to....

I should go to bed, but things aren't gonna be any better in the morning, I've done no work, and with Whitesnake tomorrow, I'll be doing non tomorrow night either... oh well... are you ahead or behind GMT in Germany? I should probably know this

It was a great game to watch, I enjoyed it! I feel bad for Nedved tho, I agree that it's a stupid rule!!! Unfair, with his goal Juve gets in the final and then he can't play

there was a cool banner at the stadium, reading: "scusa Zidane, ma l'amore è ceco". The pun is that ceco=Czech and cieco=blind, and they're pronounced the same :P
