he blew jon off the stage for IBTFY this year. my mum rarely listens to bon jovi but she said the guy was phenomenal. his backing harmonies are often stronger than the lead vocals.

but jon is still a great singer, frontman and showman, so i won't dispute any longer!

Definitely Dorothea. Although Heather is nice looking and has a good figure, she is a bit of a stick insect and looks a bit phoney (as in Hollywoody). Dorothea is more natural and looks really pretty and down to earth.
