Curry?!

it occurred to me, whilst in an msn conversation, that there may be some countries in the world that don't know what a curry is. namely, the americans. anyone else not know what it is?

for those who do, which is your favorite?

Don't know what it's called, but I love a curry with just vegetables and spinach and potatoes.. yum!!
