I'm trying to lose weight too but its impossible. I have PCOS which makes it even harder to lose weight, but I'm sticking with it!

wow thats a very nice story to read! you look fabulous now, really! And i'd like to ask the same question as allwyn, if there was no work out involved...? cause you see... my situation is the oposite, for almost a year and a half i've been putting up weight (25kg since then ) cause i have a health problem and i had to take corticosteroids and blah blah blah... point is, it was very easy to put up weight like that, but its being VERY hard to even stop increasing it. i'm on a diet as well, i dont eat anything fat or chocolates, or candies, i can't eat anything of that, and i've stopped taking the medicins now, and i still cant loose weight. i would join a gym if my bones didnt hurt everytime i make a move but well, what i wanted to say is that your story kinda gave me hope - you go girl!! :P

You can be very proud of yourself !!!!!!!!!! it's like a new life now and it's only because you did something.

I lost "only" 10 kilos ... well, 13 but now i don't pay too much attention and i should be careful, but i know how much it's hard to be on diet, not when it's for 3 or 4 kilos, i respect it too but it won't change your life.
I don't know how it's arrived because i was always easily thin, even nearly skinny at some point, but the reality was there ..... i needed to do something.
Even for the work it was different, usually i go and see the boss of a shop i ask if i can work for him and most of the time it's ok, it was not the case during more than one year but now it's ok again, even at 30 years old. I can see the difference. The only problem about all this, you must know that, it's about clothes, you suddenly have nothing to wear !!! eveything is too big !!! and you can't buy everything in one month, and if you lose two kilos again, all the clothes are good to change again !!!! it's not easy, really. But it's worth it.
I did it simply just counting my points with Weight Watchers, i never went to a meeting, i never paid anything, i just bought the book of the grocery shopping where you can find all the points of each product, there is nothing more simple ....... and each week, there was a result ! and i never suffered of hunger, so much things are allowed, i even ate some chocolate in front of the box
I started in May and in September i was - 13kg. Now i want to lose again these 3 kilos, i'll do it in three weeks or even less ... easily i'm starting today
Well done, because i know for some persons it's not easy, but it's worth it, and we can see on the pictures you don't look so shy etc .....

for everyone who's askign if you need to exercise.

to put it simply, yeah.

that doesn't necesarilly mean goign to a gym (but it helps big time)

as i said i've not got any time to go to the gym just now so i just make an even more concentrated effort to watch what i eat and when i eat and doing simplke stuff like walking instead of takign the car when you can or climbing stairs instead of using the lift all help.

i'm going to get some weights and start doing stuff in the house like ab workouts, push ups and resistance training. if anyone wants any tips or methods on weight lifting or working on abs etc.... just give us a shout n ill help as much as i can.

Allwyn, Rakel - yeah I do alot more excercise than what I used to, at first I just started doing alot more walking rather than automatically jumping in the car!! I joined a gym in the summer too, but its not like im there 5 times a week or anything, il never be a fitness freak lol
