not sayign it never happened obviously theres more to wars than religion as uve said such as land and resources but just the same as taking away resources means there sless incentive for goign to war, taking away religion lessens incentive too.

I get your point but I think what you're mentionning is more isolated tribes than civilisation. The difference means a lot because we are now living in civilisation.
Civilisation is all the social, religious, intellectual, artistic, scientific and technical phenomenons and knowledge that belong to a people and that are passed through education. That's not my opinion, it's the word's definition in the dictionnary. Therefore all civilisations had their own religion and mythology.
It is true that some never had the idea of going to war in the name of their religion, the australian aborigens for example, who worship the earth and the sun. I don't know if any war was declared on Buddah's name... (Anyone?)
Religion itself is not a cause of war. It's what humans do with it that leads to horror. "You shall not kill" was there from the start of christianism for example, and it never stopped the crusades, colonisation or oil business.
If you are a peaceful person and read the three holy books, Bible, Coran, and Thora (french spelling

), you'll never find anything that could lead you to war. Another interpretation by an ambitious and bad person leads to integrism and violence.
For example, in the Coran it says every man can have as many wives as the prophet Mahomet (4) as long as he treats them in perfect equality. My interpretation of this would be that as it is impossible to treat 4 wives in perfect equality, you can only have one. Most muslims interpretation is ok with 4 wives. It's all in the interpretation.
Anyway, I'm just saying that it's Mankind that is responsible of it's own destiny, in all its good and bad sides. Mankind is that same boat we're all in. We all have the same origin. We're part of the same specie. And we've forgotten that.

Yes, that's what i meant in the very first post of this thread.

Well guess what, I'm european

, and even if I wouldn't have put Israel in first place, it would have been in my top 5, without antisemitism what so ever. US and North Korea would share top spot. Terrorism has no country but it sure is a huge threat as well.
