I love the term negative feedback ....I think a lot of jerks think that negative feedbacks are enjoyable (they love to be hated as long as they keep the leadership... sometimes just by breaking your balls they are happy )

No. I get annoyed but not to that point. When someone annoys me or does me wrong to a breaking point I just write off their words and actions for how unimportant they really are in the grand scheme of things. It's a little harder when the person actually does have an important place in my life (like a coworker or employer) but most people don't matter enough to me to annoy me that much.

Yes, I sometimes let thigs get to me and I get really angry about them. I don't actually smack another person senseless, though. I've just wanted to.

Yes, sometimes I get anoyed to the point where I want to grab that person by the neck, throw him against the wall hit them untill there would be no difference in texture between them and the concrete wall.

Having said that I don't condone violence and I'm one of the calmest people I know.

A therapist yeah, sometimes they help, other times they make you feel like you want to take that little pen and poke them with it, stick their head in a bath tub with soap, so that their eyes irritate and let them dry themselves with that little notebook they keep writing on.

Therapists are peopl whom I have a great admiration for, they help this world be a better place.
