I also think this is quite the same when you predict the birth of a child: most women give birth after 9 months, so you really have a clue when the baby might be due to begin with. And predicting the sexe of an unborn baby is a 50% chance. I really don't see that as predicting, more as a lucky guess. No offence.
I see your point , but the fish was young , my cousin died suddenly from a clot to the brain at 50 .Yes it was expected of my grandad but not everyone thought he would die when he did but i knew. Things like that. Yes 50 % chance with a baby but ive been acute everytime, fluck maybe? and ive always been right with the day of birth even when 2 weeks early and not when expected so maybe i am just lucky but i just see these things

So your almighty god made a plan to kill a couple of hundred thousand innocent people in a single day? Saying they didn't fight it and such is wrong, something which hits suddenly without warning there is nothing you can do.

Something most people just aren't willing to accept.

Same goes for religion. People can't handle reality and seek refuge in an almighty god that somehow has them set up for an unfullfilling life. As a comfort, there is always heaven to go to.

I totally second this. Religion and fate seem such self-centered concepts.
I third this. Religion sets out a few simple rules and says if you live by them you will be rewarded somehow. Funny how people suddenly lose their religion when something bad happens to a good member of their family. If there was some sort of god there is no way that good people would suffer, unless of course the god was evil.

They do something wrong and go to confess it, and are forgiven, so to them if someone kills someone and is forgiven they are a better person than me, someone who does not follow them, but is a good person and never does anything bad.

Religion was created because those in control needed something to tell to the masses, who where finally becoming intelligent enough to question life and creation, and of course at the time science was non-existent, so there where no real answers. One thing I really hate about religion is how people follow parts of it, so are only really doing what they want to anyway. Charles Darwin proved that the first few pages of the bible is crap, we evolved, we weren't suddenly created, so how can anyone honestly live their lives by a book that has lies from the begining?

Why u need to feel bad anyway?. Especially whey u know ur always right?? Is it coz other person just too dumb to understand and u feel bad for that person?
Allwyn, YOU were the one saying I was always right. If you knew the first thing about me, you'd know that that is not the case. I do have very strong opinions on some things, and I know I am right in some aspects. But by no means am I a righteous person.

I also get the feeling that you don't even know what it means to hurt somebody's feelings --- at least not when it pertains to me.

Done now.

ok sorry for that

Ofcourse i do know what its meant to hurt someone (at least i think i do ), thats why i try to make it up every single time, even how big disagreement it meight be or how big i got hurt.. and i can't feel well till that person forgive me about me hurting and back to normal with me...

Well i know only way to make it up, saying sorry and talk it over... not sure it works always though..

how far does thi predetermination go alwynn?

are we talkign big things like the kids you have, jobs you do or major decisions you make in life or what?

If it's going to work logically then you need to get down to being as minute as what shoes you put on on a particular day or what i type here which I really don't think is part of some grand plan.
