....to talk to Men or Women???

Im asking because we have a new boss here who is male, im finding it really difficult to talk to him and ask him stuff, wheras I never had this problem with the old Boss, who happened to be female.

I definitely find it much easier to talk to girls. I blush the moment I talk to a guy

It depends... I find it equally easy to talk to both, but usually I find it more interesting to talk to guys, since it doesn't involve indepth discussions of which mascara is better, and whether someone should wear the red trousers instead of white ones etc... So going out, I prefer to spend the evening with men, we can concentrate on talking about sports and music, and the drinking itself, whereas with girls I'm required to express opinions on things I couldn't care less about...

On to the point tho... At work, my group manager (closest superior) used to be a girl, and I couldn't really talk to her at all. Then she went to France, and I had a male one instead. I've been able to talk to him always about everything, the breakup and stress a year ago, everything. So in that sense, at work I find it easier to talk with male rather than female superiors.

All in all, I've always had more male than female friends, but when it comes down to it, it's not about the gender, it's about the personality.

I've had my first morning cider already and am a bit tipsy, can you tell?

I prefer working for men and in a male environment. But I would say in my personal life I have no difficulties with both. I sometimes think that men can give a different view on a situation, sometimes more logically than women.

I find talking to other guys difficult at times cos they see everything as a competition and have to go one better than anything you say, especially if you're in a group - it can get quite annoying!!!

I find that guys are more prone to this than gals but I'm not saying all blokes are like this - I do have a fair few decent male friends I can talk to fine. Females are just a lot easier to talk to cos they listen and, as was said before, offer a different perspective about stuff.

Guys...girls can be a bit too dramatic and emotional. It is much easier to work with guys than girls. This coming from a teacher who works with mostly girls. It seems that girls are always in constant competition with one another.

half n half really.

girls are cool to talk about cos the cxonversation extends to more than who they're tryign to fire into and how the footballs going and trhey have breasts to look at in the event of the conversation turning boring.

and guys are cool cos we talk about guy stuff.

Depends what kind of people and how they react on certain things. Sometimes boys but sometimes girls.

So I can't say 1 in general!
